Overview
- Vingroup Joint Stock Company: The largest conglomerate in Vietnam, specializing in technology, industry, real estate development, retail, and services ranging from healthcare to hospitality.
- Vinhomes: The largest commercial real estate developer in Vietnam, initially founded as a subsidiary of Vingroup and later spun off in 2018. Following its IPO, Vinhomes became the second largest public company in Vietnam after Vingroup.
- Role Transition: Joined Vingroup as Quality Assurance Leader and assumed the role of Project Manager for the Vinhomes Resident app from May 21, 2021, to November 2021.
Vinhomes Resident App
- Functionality: The mobile application, available on both Android and iOS platforms, offers the following features to over 100,000 residents:
- Bill payment
- Facilities and services booking
- Feedback submission
- Real estate handover process
- Notification management
- IoT functionality
- Multi-language support
- Merchant Portal App: Developed for Urban Area Management Boards to manage services and facilities efficiently.
- Integration: Interacted with OTP providers, payment wallets, and other third-party services.
- User Base: Served over 10,000 users.
- Technologies Used: Outsystem, SAP, Android, iOS, Microsoft database, Auth0 system.
This project exemplifies my ability to lead and manage the development of complex mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction in a large-scale residential community setting.
