Responsibilities
As Quality Assurance Manager, my responsibilities included:
- Ensuring changes to the production environment met high-quality standards and did not impact users adversely.
- Assisting ODC managers in enhancing quality, productivity, and processes.
- Leading a team of 30 Quality Assurance professionals, overseeing recruitment, training, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Managing the OT Automation Testing project, aiming to automate 100% testing of all Operation Technology systems and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Leading key projects such as migrating accounting systems, integrating new reporting and performance systems, and decommissioning legacy systems.
Notable Projects
- Migration of an Accounting system from Oracle + Unix to Microsoft SQL + Linux, involving three years of collaboration with all ODC departments.
- Integration of new reporting and performance systems to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Decommissioning of legacy mainframe and data warehouse systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
