The Contract Management System (CMS) is a web-based browser system designed to replace outdated contract tracking, payment, and billing systems, as well as numerous Excel spreadsheets for management reporting. CMS interfaces seamlessly with both front-office recruitment and back-office financial systems, providing an end-to-end solution for contract management. Deployed in the US, UK, and select EU countries, CMS serves as a comprehensive tool for managing contracts efficiently.

The CMS project involved a team of 12 professionals and utilized a variety of technologies, including:

Role: Tester
As a Tester for the Contract Management System, my responsibilities included:
- Collaborating directly with end-users to gather and understand business requirements.
- Translating business requirements into actionable tasks for developers.
- Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on user requirements.
- Executing test cases to ensure the functionality and reliability of the CMS.
- Generating detailed test reports to document findings and facilitate decision-making processes.
My role played a crucial part in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the CMS, contributing to its successful deployment and adoption across multiple regions.
